Steel Beam Arrives at MCO
On Friday, the 16th, the steel from the World Trade Center arrived at the Citadel. TSI Rodriguez, worked with the truck driver to arrange for a welcome. As TSO Luis Iturrino recorded the event with photographs and video, our Honor Guard escorted the steel into the building. FSD Daly, and AFSD-MS Ariel Suarez were there to observe, along with the staff who were present that day. Other tenants in the building showed their respect as the steel passed by.
The steel was placed in the lobby of TSA Team Orlando at the Citadel. One of the pieces was delivered to the FAMS office, across the street. They accepted the steel artifact with gratitude.
