On behalf of FSD John Daly, we are pleased to announce the selection of David C. Wynn as the Deputy Federal Security Director for TSA Team Orlando.
Mr. Wynn joined the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) as Federal Security Director in April 2007. He is currently the FSD at Jackson-Evers International Airport in Jackson, MS and is responsible for two CAT 2 facilities, one CAT 3 facilities, four CAT 4 facilities and one privatized CAT 4 facility located throughout Mississippi.
Prior to coming to TSA, Mr. Wynn had a long and distinguished career in law enforcement and military service including serving as Chief of Police for the City of Hattiesburg, MS. In addition to his career in public law enforcement, Mr. Wynn has a vast military background of thirty one years of service. Mr. Wynn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi; a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, Carlisle, PA; and is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy, FBI/LEED in Quantico, VA.
Mr. Wynn will arrive in Orlando to assume his position in October.
