August Customer Service Report

In August travelers gave us feedback from Comment Cards, Email and “Talk to TSA”.  The information is an indicator of how well we are doing screening over 1,200,000 people and over 1,000,000 bags a month..

Passenger Comments and Observations

I would like to commend the entire Orlando staff on a job well done.  They move the lines along and try to make the wait time comfortable for the passengers.  I greatly appreciate the feeling of being so safe when I travel.  More airports should be as nice as you!

Rude, unprofessional and generally no people skills nor manners.  She seemed more interested in a conversation with her co-worker than her duties.

Great service, fast, thorough – 2 kids and one big stroller – very fast and professional. The Officer very kind.

Complaint about pat down.  PAX felt that is was a form of punishment and the officer used a condescending manner.  She felt humiliated.

Traveler had her bag ripped opened and had a NOI placed inside of her luggage.

Excellent customer service – explained everything while being personal.  Great job.

This TSA agent was very respectful of me, especially on my personal area! She even asked if I wanted a private screening. All TSA agents need to be trained in this way!

PAX was treated rudely by a TSA female employee.  Was told to move and not hold up the “damn line”  Powder spilled all over her clothes.  No apologies given.  Supervisor not notified.

My 4 year old child was put through the x-ray machine and to hold up her hands without my permission.

The individuals from TSA who assisted us with our AW2 soldiers/veterans and family members were outstanding.  Words cannot describe how professional and helpful they were.  This undertaking was huge and could have easily been a terrible mess without their assistance.  Thank you all!
